..... her collections
Although this isn't one of her better collections (the books are way too easy for her).
She also collects eyeballs (yes, eyeballs), PVC pipe corners & joints, gems, t-shirts with talking inanimate objects, airplanes, and ...
more book sets like:
the Warrior series
Garfield books
Magic Unicorn series
Animal Rescue books
and the Frog Princess series.
Oh yeah, and reading medals.
And stuffies, of course - especially Webkinz and cats.

..... her ability to overcome her shyness.

...... her healing speed
It's truly amazing how fast she heals. Whether it is recovering from a brain tumour or a bruise/cut healing - she heals fast!

..... her comedy

..... her thoughtfulness
She wrote these notes to us, so that we would see them the next morning when getting our coffee.

..... her strength
Her physical strength has definitely improved since beginning taekwondo.

..... her love for the earth.
Ever since she was about 3 or 4 years old, Jaymi has loved the earth. She used to hug every tree we came across. She used to yell at people who didn't shut their cars off while chatting.
Now, she is in the school ECO Club, and is constantly picking up garbage off of the sidewalk to throw out properly, making sure things are recycled, shutting off as many lights as she can, and pushing us to become better, more earth-friendly people.
I love that about her.
Apr. 13/11
..... her ability to push through difficult things.
When she really wants to, she can do that.
She was having so much trouble with the taekwondo nunchucks, and was getting so frustrated, until an instructor helped her practice for a few minutes in a private lesson.
Ever since then, she has been practicing and practicing, and has improved soooo much!
I love that she is learning that practice makes perfect.

..... her faith
Jaymi is in a club at school called Faith Girls.
Faith Girls teaches the girls to be strong, kind girls who are happy with themselves and care about other people.
Last week, they were lucky enough to meet Mrs. Canada. She spoke to them about the false reality of what we see on tv and in magazines, and what it means to be beautiful on the inside.
